For those unfamiliar with Katekyo-Hitman Reborn!, Fuuta is a little boy that has super ranking powers. He communicates with “ranking-planet” and can find out all sorts of rankings.

So then what does this have to do with you and why the "infomodding permissions"? Well, through his rankings, he can find out character’s “speschul” habits and abilities…and any info really. So for example…he wanted to rank…Hiruma, from Eyeshield 21. Some of the possible rankings would be:

Hiruma’s running ability is ranked 619 out of 10349 people
Hiruma is ranks most intimidating with firearms out of 341 people
Hiruma’s bank account balance is ranked 1 out of 313409834 people
Hiruma is also number one when it comes to effectively using blackmail for personal gain.

Something along those lines…Therefore, I need your permissions for what Fuuta can/cannot know/rank. I-I don’t want to step on any toes or anything…So please?
